To ensure smooth delivery, clients agree to: Provide accurate and complete information Respond in a timely manner Approve or give feedback when required Delays in communication or missing inputs may affect timelines and results.
Results & Commitments
While results such as revenue and conversions can vary based on multiple factors (including market conditions, offer quality, and client-side execution), we stand behind the commitments we make. Any guarantees or expectations discussed during the strategy call or outlined in the agreement will be clearly documented and shared with the client. We are committed to delivering on those agreed outcomes. If we fail to meet the commitments defined in the agreement, appropriate actions including revisions, extended support, or refunds (as specified) will be taken.
Limitation of Liability
Forevency will not be held liable for: Indirect or consequential losses Business interruptions or loss of revenue Issues caused by third-party platforms (ads, tools, software, etc.) Our responsibility is limited to the scope of services agreed upon.
Payment and Billing
All fees must be paid as agreed before or during the service period Delayed payments may result in paused or discontinued services Setup fees or initial payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of our services at any time to improve performance or adapt to changes in tools, platforms, or strategy.
